Condition grading guide

New factory sealed: Original manufacturer seal intact.
New surplus: Unused excess inventory, possibly with aged or opened packaging.
Refurbished: Professionally inspected, repaired, cleaned, and tested. Product-specific procedure and provider are disclosed.
Used: Previously installed equipment with disclosed cosmetic and functional condition.
For parts or repair: Not represented as fully operational.

Shipping & returns

Shipping estimates are confirmed per item and destination. In-stock equipment dispatches from the United States. Supplier-sourced equipment may have different lead times and fulfillment locations.

Return eligibility, warranty, restocking terms, and any final-sale designation must be documented on the quote or order before purchase.
